Low growing white tulip – Greigii white – 5 pcs. blooms at the beginning of spring already and delights our eyes with snow-white, large, nicely shaped blooms. This low growing, yet extremely ornamental plant grows 20 – 30 cm tall. Its stems are erect, stiff and rather thick, while the leaves large, sharply pointed, ornamentally bent and adorned with brown stripes. The charming miniature "Greigii white" may be universally used: planted in boxes, pots and shallow bowls on balconies and terraces, as well as grown in the ground. Low growing tulips fit particularly well into rock gardens and onto border edges. You may also use them in colourful spots on lawns, as they harmonise with narcissi, grape hyacinths, tall early tulips, starflowers and striped squills.

Bulbs of the Greig's tulips should be planted in autumn onto permeable and humous soil. You should not forget to place a drainage layer at the bottom of each planting hole. This would protect the bulbs from soaking in water during snow thawing in spring. You do not have to excavate the bulbs in summer, because this variety thrives on the same site for several years. Use standard pot soil in container cultivation.

The package contains 5 bulbs of the low growing "Greigii white" tulip, sized 11/12 cm. The most important plant growing information has been printed on the package.
