Tulip "Armani" (Tulipa) is a very popular variety that combines simplicity and elegance. Just like the other Triumph tulips it blooms in the middle of the season, end of April and beginning of May. Large inflorescences stand out with the marvellous, deep colouring. The petals are a combination of dark red and snowy white at the edges. This variety grows up to 45 cm tall. Stiff stalks are a beloved feature of this cultivar and make it a sought after cut flower together with the durability of the blooms. "Armani" is a true beauty that would enrich the colours of spring borders and flower beds. It quickly turns into the main part of every composition when planted in larger groupings.

"Armani" is a hardy, reliable variety that prefers sunny sites, yet it may grow in partial shade, too. Tulip bulbs should be planted in autumn onto fertile, humous and permeable soil. Place them 10-12 cm deep. You may use drainage layer of sand or fine gravel. In order to achieve better visual results we recommend to plant several "Armani" tulips together, maintaining 10-15 cm distances between plants. This variety is frost resistant.
