The Yellow River hosta is a quick and larger growing perennial. Its wavy leaves with a distinct venation form huge, 70-centimetres tall tufts. Elongated, pointed leaf blades are adorned with a rather narrow, irregular yellow stripe. The elegant, broad leaf rosettes shoot stalks on which white or light purple bell-shaped flowers hang in July. This majestic variety is wonderful plant that offers intriguing visual experience.
