Angelica is a perennial plant that grows up to 2 metres in height. This variety is commonly used as a medicinal plant; it has many properties that are beneficial to health, including calming, antibacterial, and antifungal. An Angelica dried root is a delicious ingredient in various sauces and salads, and a great seasoning for fish dishes.
Growing: sow the seeds in a seedbed from April to May. Plant out into a permanent position when the plants have developed 2 to 3 leaves. This variety is popular for its wonderful medicinal qualities and highly valued as a seasoning plant.
