This is a mix of herbs that help stay fit and healthy. The ‘Herbs for Fitness’ mix contains three wonderful plants:
Basil – a common and valued plant, which helps with indigestion and reduces flatulence
Lovage – a variety, which is known for its valuable qualities that stimulate digestion
Thyme – with bactericidal properties, it remedies digestive system disorders
The herbs can be used dried or fresh. They are an excellent addition to dishes, especially to meat, salads and soups.
Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil from April to June. Grow the plants in the soil in rows or in pots. The plants are ready to be harvested from May to September.
