It is particularly recommended for making grain wine or beverages from fruit that do not contain enough acids, such as hawthorn berries, strawberries, pears or chokeberry. The product offered here is a mix of edible acids that naturally occur in fruit: the citric, apple and wine acids. It is highly effective, as you only need to use from 5 to 15 g of the powder for 10 litres of the beverage, depending on the acidity level of a wine or mead that you would like to achieve.
