Microgreens may be easily cultivated on a windowsill or a balcony. Young kohlrabi leaves become consumption-ready after approximately two weeks. Microgreens seeds should be strewed forming a thin layer on the soil. Shallow containers and boxes will be ideal to start the culture. The whole process does not require much work. The most important thing is to provide the young plants with access to light and water them regularly, preferably two times daily. You should only cut shoots with one pair of leaves.
