Root parsley "Vistula" is one of the most universal parsley varieties. It is very sturdy and frost-resistant, therefore it is perfectly suited for autumn and winter harvest. It can winter in the ground as well. Parsley "Vistula" can be sown late and than harvested early in the spring. For best results we recommend two sowing periods: March-April or November. The roots are harvest-ready from May to July or in August and September.

This proposed variety is ideal for storing. It can, of course, be eaten directly as well. It has the typical, distinct parsley taste and flavour. Its white, elongated roots do not tend to brown.
