Red Beauty crown imperial is a noble plant. You can grow this beauty in open spaces where you can fully admire its majestic appearance. Tall, stiff, up to ninety centimetres tall shoots carry a wreath of red, bell-shaped flowers, and a plume of short, erect leaves. The distinguishing feature of the offered variety is its extraordinary colouring. Dark red flowers and attractively coloured stems look stunning when added to spring beds. Crown imperials are unique plants that will not leave you unimpressed. Use them to create impressive decorations with tulips and hyacinths.

Plant crown imperial bulbs in permeable, humous, and thoroughly cultivated soil about twenty centimetres deep to allow them to take root. First bulbs can be planted at the end of August, to continue throughout September and finish in early October. Place bulbs at angle that prevents water from filling the stem cavity and bulbs from rotting. Cover the site with conifer twigs, bark, peat, or sawdust. You can grow crown imperial on the same site for many years. This plant does not require replanting.

Quoted price is valid for one bulb of the Red Beauty crown imperial, sized 20+ centimetres in circumference. Basic plant facts and growing instructions can be found on the package label.
