Red Geranium is a perennial that grows 40 to 60 centimetres in height. Its flowering period is exceptionally long – it lasts from the spring all the way to the the autumn. Red Geranium is a fine ornamental plant with glamorous red flowers collected into decorative umbels. This is a superb choice for pots as well as flower containers. Also, it looks truly outstanding when cultivated in flower stands.
Growing: sow the seeds in the spring or in the autumn, depending on the intended flowering date. The seeds germinate in around 2 to 3 weeks at 18-20ºC. The plants begin to flower in 4 to 5 months since the date of sowing.
