"Promyk" field tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is a dwarf variety intended for field cultivation without covers. One of its advantages is high productivity, coming from the parthenocarpy - developing seeds without prior pollination. As one of the earliest varieties, "Promyk" bears fruit already in July. It produces round, sometimes slightly flattened, medium-sized fruit that weigh 70-80 g. Their flesh is delicious, rather sweet and rich in vitamins, particularly vitamin C. It is a great addition to salads, sandwiches and can be successfully processed - to juices and concentrates.
Seeds of the proposed variety should be sown in spring to boxes, seeding trays or mini greenhouses. Seedlings are then transplanted to the permanent site in the second half of May. Plants need staking. In order for them to bring high yield, they need exposure to sunlight and fertile, humous, warm, permeable soil with high water capacity. Harvest takes place until first autumn frosts.
