"White Prince" is an exceptional variety that develops white blooms. It is a singe, early tulip variety. You would be able to witness a true metamorphosis after planting its bulbs. Creamy white or even pale yellow blooms turn clean white as they mature.

Am elliptic-shaped flower appears atop a relatively long stalk. Its single petals are arranged rather loosely around the fragrant middle. Their edges might be pale pink, but this colouring disappears during the season. These tulips grow 30 - 40 cm tall. Strong build of the stalks is the feature that makes them far more resistant to weather conditions. Flowering period of this variety lasts from mid-March to April. 

"White Prince" tulip is perfectly suited for planting on borders and flower beds, but it makes the biggest impression planted on larger scale in the open field. Fresh, white colouring looks particularly stunning on the background of the green lawns. These plants perfectly fit into container arrangements. Low height and the compact habit are the reasons why these plants should be grown in large, wooden pots on the patio or at the front of the house. The white colour of the flowers is truly universal and harmonises with many different plants that may accompany these tulips. You would be able to create a colourful poem with the other "Prince" colourful varieties in your garden.

Blooms of this variety grow best on sunny and partially shady sites. Planting from September to December, 15 - 20 cm deep and 10 - 15 cm apart, yields best results. We recommend to remove wilted inflorescences, but leave the foliage to dry off. This variety displays good frost resistance.
