Dill Seeds

You will find both garden dill and fennel seeds in our online store. They are not intended solely for sowing, but can also be used for other purposes. First and foremost, they display healing effects due to the essential oil content. They act carminative, diuretic, cholagogue and lactagogue.

We have seeds of many different dill varieties available in our store, even those that can be grown in pots on windowsills. We recommend an extremely aromatic garden dill variety „Ambrosia” that produces densely leaved stems. It will be a great fit for many dishes, while its broad umbels can be used for pickles. Fennel, whose seeds are also in our stock, finds more and more uses in the kitchen. Cultivation of this plant should not present many problems, although it is more demanding than garden dill. Try out the „Mammouth” variety with intensely anis-like, sweet tasting bulbs, that can be steamed, roasted, fried or added to salads. Dill can also act as ornamental plant. We recommend the ornamental variety with white inflorescences that will adorn the vicinity of your home or garden in the summer.

All seeds available in our garden store stand out with high quality. They come from proven producers only, what guaratees high productivity and strong growth of the plants in appropriate cultivation conditions. If you find it hard to believe, make some place in the garden and sow seeds of the chosen dill variety.
