It consists of two parts: a cutter for the dough or pastry and a base for transporting of the ready produce. This model allows you to easily prepare an ideally even, small grid made of think pastry stripes that you will conveniently carry over onto the cake or other baked good without damaging it. You only need to place the rolled pastry sheet on the combined cutter, press it gently with a rolling pin and take the base off the cutter and transfer the lattice onto the dish that you wish to decorate.

Both the lattice dough cutter and the base have been manufactured of premium quality plastic that stands out with excellent resistance to accidental damage. This material is safe for your health and has been permitted for food contact. The handy handles facilitate carrying of the cutter and precise operation with the base.
