This peeling knife has been made of high quality HRC 53 stainless steel like all other Fiskars Functional Form products. This knife is easy to sharpen and its blade belongs to exceptionally durable products. Direct application of the unbreakable SoftGrip handle to the blade with the injection moulding technology prevents the bacteria from gathering on the surface of the tool.
