Common yarrow Lachsschönheit (Achillea millefolium) is a sturdy perennial, whose blooms would decorate your garden all summer long. Earth-bound rosettes of dentate leaves, from which flowering stalks emerge, develop in spring. They usually grow 50-80 cm tall. The Lachsschönheit variety produces large, flat umbels that consist of tne pale pink or apricot blooms. This plant is ideal for naturalistic, rural and rustic gardens. Rhizomes should be planted in spring directly to the borders on a sunny site.
