In order to make sausage on your own you usually need two devices: a meat grinder and a sausage stuffer. You may, though, combine these appliances into one and make your life easier. The set offered here in our online store consists of a meat grinder with two functions, three grinding plates (with 3 mm, 5 mm and 8 mm mesh diameter), three funnels (15 mm, 19 mm and 22 mm output diameter), as well as a blade and a cutter. This machine can be operated by hand, with a lever and one of the turning wheels (small or large one). You may also power this grinder with electricity. We recommend to use a low speed 750-1100 W motor for that purpose. Meat processing will be significantly facilitated that way.
