The rectangular cheesecloth offers a perfect solution in home production of cheese!

The large surface of this cheesecloth makes cheese production easier, more efficient and convenient, while the conical openings prevent the cloth from contact with the cheese curd. This allows the cheese surface to become silky smooth.

You do not have to apply too much pressing force, as the material this cloth is made of does not absorb liquids. We recommend to place the curd on the inner, smoother side of this cheesecloth. That way you will drain the whey more efficiently and achieve an unbelievable smoothness of your cheese!

This rectangular cheesecloth that is available in our store is made of durable and elastic polyethylene. This is a multiple use product that needs to be washed in temperatures between 60 and 70ºC after each use.
