The Salami Cheesecloth is the best solution in home production of cheese!

It has conical openings that prevent the cheese curd from contact with this cheesecloth and make the curd surface ideally smooth!

You do not have to apply too much pressing force, as the material this cloth is made of does not absorb liquids. We recommend to place the curd on the inner, smoother side of this cheesecloth. That way you will drain the whey more efficiently and achieve an unbelievable smoothness of your cheese!

The cheesecloth offered here is additionally made of durable, elastic material - polyethylene. This is a multiple use product that needs to be washed in temperatures between 60 and 70ºC.
