A rain sheltered spot that is not exposed to sunlight would be optimal. Entry hole should face the East or South East. We recommend to take off the birdhouse after the hatching period and clean it thoroughly, so it can serve new inhabitants next year. In order to attract birds to your garden, we recommend to plant some shrubs that would supply them with food, such as dogwood, sea buckthorn and barberry.
