A compact balcony smoker, designed for cheesemaking, constitutes a perfect combination of functionality with small, convenient size. It is ideal for all cheesemakers that live in blocks of flats or tenements in flats with balconies.

The balcony smoker that we offer here is made of high quality stainless steel that is perfectly suited for smoking cheese. This device is equipped with a thermometer that allows you to control the temperature of the smoke. It is fuelled with chafing gel fuel and has two burners.

Apart from the smoker this kit contains other useful accessories and utensils: smoking wood chips, vegetarian microbial rennet, cedar wood board, herbs, baking pan, lower and upper grill grid, grease tray, metal cover and an outer cover with a built-in thermometer (working range 0 -100ºC), two burners, metal handles.
