The Pinnacle iris undoubtedly belongs to most beautiful varieties of this species. The perfect contrast of white and light yellow gives the variety extraordinary freshness. The large, beautifully shaped flowers constitute a spectacular decoration of distinctly shaped plants. Iris of the offered variety grows up to 90 centimetres tall and can fill flower beds, borders, and pond edges. The long flowering period spreads over June and July. Its richness belongs to main advantages of this hardy perennial. Rigid, sabre-like, grey-green leaves that shoot in wonderful fans from underground rhizomes add an intriguing touch to gardens and parks.

Sunny places, where the plants bloom profusely, suit irises best. You do not have to grow them at open spots, they bloom equally well and even a little longer in partial shade. Fertile, carefully cultivated and well-drained soil is suitable for presented species. You can plant rhizomes in spring or autumn, but also late in summer, from July to September. Plant them shallow enough that the tops of the rhizomes stick out of the ground. Iris requires watering right after planting and during the flowering period. We recommend to let plants dry a little afterwards. Bearded irises are easy to grow and do not need to be excavated for the winter. They can stay at the same site for years. We recommend to rejuvenate rhizomes by splitting them every few years.

One package contains one piece of Pinnacle iris rhizome. Basic plant facts and growing instructions were printed on the package label.
