This presented wine yeast is intended for making a Bordeaux-type red table wine. Hereby we offer the noble liquid yeast, selected especially for this kind of wine.

The yeast we offer here are in form of a suspension in a protective liquid. You need to shake it before use in order to create the appropriately muddy liquid that is than added to the fruit must. This noble yeast, carefully selected and enhanced in the laboratory, accelerates the fermentation process. This product allows you to make wine with 14% alcohol content.

The yeast we present here are intended particularly for making Bordeaux-type wine. You may use them for dark grapes or blueberry ferment.

Store the yeast in a dry place at room temperature. One package contains 20 ml of liquid (yeast with the protective liquid) that would be enough for 5 to 25 litres of ferment.
