Wine yeast - Tokaji - 20 ml, awarder the quality certificate, is the foundation for the production of excellent home-made white, fruit, grape and grain wines. This noble yeast raised in cooperation with the best microbiology centres in Poland guarantee conducting complete fermentation in a short time. The wine produced with its help stans out with high alcohol content, excellent clarity and durability. Tokaji yeast are particularly fitted for production of dessert and table wines from fresh white grapes and raisins, as well as white currants, hawthorn berries, gooseberries, pears, apples, rhubarb, apricots, dog rose and all sorts of grain.

Before adding it to the wine, Tokaji wine yeast should be propagated in a sterile container, in a shady place, away from sunlight at temperatures between 18 and 30°C. We recommend to use yeast nutrient that will visibly accelerate its development. There are detailed yeast preparation instructions printed on the package.

Each packet contains 20 ml of noble Tokaji wine yeast. One portion would be enough for producing up to 25 litres of wine. This is an original Biowin product.
