Klarowin - white and rose wine clearing agent - 100 g is a completely safe product that allows to remove the impurities and residue from wines and juices. This product contains the sodium-potassium bentonite that does not react with the drink but absorbs proteins and other compounds responsible for the unsatisfying clarity of wine. Approximately one week after applying the product lees will gather at the bottom of a carboy or demijohn and you will be able to decant the clarified juice or wine to bottles.

This preparation is reliable and effective: 100 g of this powder would be enough to remove the lees from 100 litres of wine! Mix the Klarowin with water and let it stand for twenty for hours before using. This product is ideally suited for clarifying rose and white wine. Should you wish to use it with red wine, try it with a small quantity at first in order to check if the wine does not lose its deep colour in contact with the product. This product does not affect the taste, nor the strength of wine, though.
