Adding the noble Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast with the appropriate nutrient to the must guarantees that your wine-making adventure will turn into an instant success. The yeast that we offer allow you to produce excellent wine of clear colour, full bouquet and strength up to 17%. Yeast nutrient that contains diammonium phosphate (DAP) provides the yeast with all necessary nutrients. This premium quality product is enriched with vitamin B1 that positively influences the fermentation and end quality of wine.
