The product that we offer here is a 12-cm long tomato knife from the Functional Form Fiskars knife line. It has been designed specially for cutting the red berries mentioned above and other fruit and vegetables with a slippery skin.

The tomato knife, just like all other Functional Form products, has been manufactured of premium quality HRC 52-55 stainless steel. The grinding angle of the long-lasting, serrated blade is 30º. Special injection moulding technology used in forming the handles directly on the blades prevents the bacteria from multiplying on the surface of the tool. The Softtouch handle with a finger cover guarantees a safe grip and comfortable use. This knife is 12 cm long and weighs 44 g. It is dishwasher safe.
