The Barfertile Start - Barenbrug spring fertilizer for demanding gardeners is a premium quality complex fertilizer that comes in an innovative form. It consists of only premium quality ingredients. This long lasting preparation releases nutrients gradually and is suited for feeding home lawns, public green spaces, sporting grounds, and golf courses. This fertilizer should be used in the spring, already after the first cutting. High nitrogen content stimulates grass to grow and makes its colour more juicy and saturated. Presented fertilizer consists of two granule types - one is coated with a polymer layer and the second is uncoated. The uncoated fraction of the fertilizer starts to act immediately after the application, while the polymer coated ingredients become activated later, as the temperature rises. Fertilizer starts to work at 6⁰C and the nutrient release rate increases as the temperature gets higher. The presented fertilizer has been produced by a renown company and has several important advantages. Nutrients from the granules are supplied to the plants in an easily available form and at the optimal time. This fertilizer blocks the development of weeds and the annual ryegrass - that way the original composition of the grass selection is maintained. The use of the preparation does not cause the so called "black layer" under the turf. It also guarantees regular, easy growth and better root development. The nutrients are released gradually at the predetermined rate. The burnt grass effect will be almost completely eliminated and even heavy rain will not wash the important nutrients away. Presented fertilizer is intended for broadcasting, at a rate of 25-40 g/m² on sporting grounds and golf fields and 20-30 g/ m² in public spaces and parks. We recommend to apply the fertilizer from March to June. It remains active for three to four months.
