Cucumber ‘Tessa’ is a delicious fertile cucumber variety which is mainly recommended for direct consumption, salads or freezing. It produces large fruit that grow 18 to 22 centimetres in length. The fruit have a smooth shiny green skin. Cucumber ‘Tessa’ is an excellent choice for a healthy snack; it can be used as a healthy addition to sandwiches, too!

Growing: sow the seeds in rows in 80-100cm spacings in May. In each row, sow individually or every 2 to 2 seeds in 15cm spacings. To promote the growth, you can cover the plants. This variety requires warm moist permeable soils that are heavily fertilised.
