The DELÍCIA Silicon PRIME 50 x 40 cm pastry board with a clip is a lightweight, soft and flexible, yet extremely durable mat with a measuring scale that can be used in the kitchen in a variety of ways. It has been manufactured of premium quality silicone that is permitted for food contact and dishwasher safe. Its main functionality is the pastry board for kneading and rolling dough. The dough does not stick to it, hence you do not need to sprinkle it with flour, whose excess amount could negatively influences the springiness of the baked pastry.
