Basil ‘Piccolino’ is one of the smallest basil varieties; it is characterised by a beautiful strong aroma. Its fresh and dried leaves are an excellent addition to any dish; they are perfect for salads, toasted sandwiches, as well as for sauces and meat. Basil ‘Piccolino’ is an annual plant that grows in a dense form with numerous little green leaves. It grows up to 30 centimetres in height and is ideal for pots and balcony planters.

Growing: sow the seeds directly into the soil from March to May. The plants are ready to be harvested from July to Septemer.
