Colourful, bell-shaped flowers will definitely add flavour to many rock gardens. It is recommended to sow seeds of different bellflower species intended particularly for rock gardens. We recommend a selection consisting of seeds of numerous low growing plants with bell-shaped flowers in different colours - white, pink, blue or purple. These species can be cultivated not only in rockeries, but also in containers and on perennial flower beds. This variety mix decreases risk of failure and allows us to enjoy a long blooming spots in your garden. It includes cultivars that would bloom in the first year of growing and these that would sprout buds in the next years. The plants bloom in different periods, from June until end of August.
Seeds are sown in early spring to a seed bed or under covers. Young seedlings should be transplanted to a permanent site in a few weeks after the sow. The plants should be planted in rows 20 cm apart in permeable, fertile and slightly alkaline soil. They will grow well both on sunny and partially shady sites.
The package contains 0.03 g of bellflower mixed seeds for rock gardens. A growing and care guide and the sow-by date have been printed at the back side of the package.
