The "Omega" dahlia (Dahlia) is an exceptionally ornamental variety that develops huge, double flowers that take on a subtle, apricot shade of warm pink. Its petals are characteristically elongated and slightly bent. What is even more important, they are coloured irregularly what adds to the visual depth of the inflorescences. The "Omega" dahlia blooms long and abundantly - you will be able to admire its beauty in its entirety for four months, from July to October. This vigorous, strongly growing plant reaches up to 90 cm in height and only slightly less substantial breadth. It may become a tremendous feature or a fabulous background for the lower growing perennials on a large border in the second half of summer. The variety offered here in out store looks particularly alluring accompanied by the white flowered ("Tsuki-Yori No Shisha", "White Aster"), yellow ("Kelvin Floodlight", "Potgieter") and dark pink ("Dutch Explosion", "Edinburgh", "Vancouver") dahlia cultivars.
Dahlia rhizomes should be planted in spring into permeable, yet sufficiently moist, loosened soil that is rich in humus. The site needs to be sunny, although the plants would tolerate a partially shady site that remains in the shadows for a few hours a day. Excavate the tubers in the autumn when the first frosts occur. Transfer them to a cool place that is frost-safe.
Package contains 50 large and healthy first choice rhizome. Each package contains the most important growing tips.
