The double flowered Double Gold Medal narcissus (Narcissus) belongs to the most beautiful narcissi that are currently available in our offer. The flowers of this breath-taking variety are golden yellow. Their large coronas, filled densely with the shapely, decoratively frizzled petals, attract the most attention. The Double Gold Medal double flowered daffodil belongs to the rather low growing varieties, as it reaches height of 30 cm. Therefore it is particularly well suited for cultivation on the front of a border, in rock gardens and in pots.

The bulbs offered here in our store should be planted on a sunny site into a slightly acidic or neutral soil that is rich in humus. It should, though, be not too heavy and permeable. You may plant narcissi all autumn long. The fresh plantings do not need to be covered with mulch before the winter. The variety offered here blooms in April, when the hyacinths, crown imperials, reticulate irises, the early single tulips and the first Triumph tulips bloom too. The Double Gold Medal daffodil will harmonize with them in unique compositions.
