The double flowered Extravaganza daffodil (Narcissus) is a variety that delights not only with the visual properties of its flowers, but their intense, sweet aroma, too. The white-orange double flowers of the Extravaganza narcissus unfold in April and May. They sit atop the tall, slender, stiff stems that reach up to 40 to 45 cm. They are ideal cut flowers. This impressive, towering and aromatic variety looks great in a large grouping on every flower bed.
The narcissi are easy to grow and undemanding perennial plants. Similarly to tulips, they like sunny and partially shady sites as well as permeable, humous soils that do not waterlog. The narcissi bulbs should be planted in autumn in larger groupings of at least 10 plants. We recommend to combine the impressive, contrastingly coloured flowers of the Extravaganza variety with the other double-flowered daffodils, such as the pink-white Flower Surprise, the canary yellow Tahiti and pale yellow Manly.
Each package contains 50 bulbs of the Extravaganza narcissus sized 12 to 14 cm. The most important plant growing tips were included in the package information.
