Medium-late onion 'Cyklop' is a valuable variety that develops large, round bulbs that are perfect for long-term storage. These onions weigh 100-120 g and consist of a crunchy, white flesh rich in essential oils. Dry scales take on yellow-brown colour and clings to the inner scales, protecting them from damage. This variety, available in our offer, produces dense, long greens and does not produce flowering stalks when grown from spring sow. Another advantage of this variety, particularly important for onions intended for long-term storing, is tolerance to neck rot of onions.
