Pole bean "Riposta" (Phaseolus vulgaris) belongs to unusual dwarf varieties that grow a bushy habit, maximum 50 cm tall and do not need staking. This vigorous, productive plant produces broad pods that are approximately 14 cm long, filled with large, white seeds. They stand out with their high nutritional value and large mass (1000 seeds weighs 1500 - 1700 g). This variety is recommended both for small garden and allotment owners and industrial scale farmers.

Beans for dried seeds are sown late in spring and early in summer directly to the permanent site, into loosened, watered and evened soil. You may expect rich harvest on warm and sunny sites with permeable, non-drying soil that is rich in organic matter. Dried, brown pods are ready to be harvested from July until September.

Each package contains 50 g of "Riposta" bean seeds for dried seeds. Package information contains a growing guide and the sow-by date.
