Sprouting seeds - the stir-fry mix - consists of Mung bean, Adzuki bean and lentil seeds. Developing stems of those plants contain the full set of B-complex vitamins, vitamins A, C, E and K as well as plenty of valuable minerals. All those nutrients are easily assimilable by human body, far more effectively than those coming from mature plants. The offered selection is recommended to be served hot, stir-fried with some seasoning, so all people who reluctantly eat fresh vegetables would love it. Stir-fried sprouts are a great addition to meats, pastas, rice and potatoes.
Stir-fry sprouts can be raised in sprouting trays or in jars. Seeds need to be soaked in water for 3 to 6 hours first. After they are placed in the planters they must be regularly flushed and kept in a light, yet not sunny place. Seeds will be ready for consumption when they reach length of 3 to 5 cm.
Each package contains 30 g of stir-fry sprouting seeds. Sprout production instructions and the sow-by date have been included in the product information.
