These presented wood chips are intended for smoking and barbecuing. They are made solely of walnut tree wood - this is a 100% natural, organic product free of any chemical additives.

Our smoking wood chips come exclusively from trees grown in organic orchards and environmentally clean regions. They are free from impregnates and other chemical agents. Therefore, they constitute a safe fuel that allows to smoke meat, fish and other food in a healthy manner. They show ideal humidity at 11% and can therefore be used not only for smoking, but barbecuing, too. Walnut tree wood chips give the smoked food the unique, golden colour and the one-and-only nutty aroma. You must not pour the wood chips directly over the burning coal or wood, as they wood burn immediately. Placed them around the fire in the burning chamber to allow them to glow slowly.
