Cape Daisy, also known as Monarch of the Veldt, is an annual plant with long leaves, which are covered with silvery hair that create characteristic rosettes. During the flowering period, the plants produce very ornamental large flowers with a dark centre. This mix contains several colour variants of this outstanding plant, which share lovely multi-coloured petals. Cape Daisy is recommended for a cur flower, planters or flower beds.
Growing: sow the seeds in pots or in planter boxes from March to April. Plant out into the soil in 25-30cm spacings in late May. Also, you can sow the seeds directly into the soil or in planters at the end of April. The plants grow best in fairly rich soils in sunny positions.
