Feathertop Grass is an annual decorative grass variety that grows 40 to 60 centimetres in height. Its flowering period spans from August to September. After the flowering period has come to an end, the plants keep the inflorescences until they fade. Feathertop Grass is a top choice for fresh bouquets or flower arrangements, and it can be grown in flower beds as well as in plant groupings along with different varieties.

Growing: sow the seeds in pots under heated cover. The seeds germinate in 10 to 14 days at 14-18oC. Plant out into a permanent position in 20x40cm spacings when the frost is no more. This variety loves humus soils in sunny positions. Five grams of seeds produce around one thousand plants.
