The Ivory Princess crocus is a beautiful white variety. Its cup-shaped flowers bloom in early spring, always evoking positive emotions. Together with tulips and daffodils, crocuses belong to the most commonly planted bulbs. Their stunning, elegant form, and subtle saffron charm, adorns borders, flower beds, and lawns. They are exceptionally well suited for planting in various types of planters - bowls, pots, and baskets. In all the aforementioned locations, they look best in larger groups. Rock garden or any other garden arrangement with rocks provides them with a great setting too. The number of crocus bulbs grows every year, what allows to naturalize larger areas, e.g. in urban green spaces.

Plant crocus corms in September and October to ensure timely flowering. The cold season regulates flower production of this plant that belongs to undemanding and easy-to-grow species. All it needs is a well-drained, fertile soil at a sunny or partially shaded site. Fertilization of the ground stimulates corm growth. Use mature, fermented compost to provide the plants with essential nutrients. Crocus bulbs should not be planted too deep. Holes that are six to eight centimetres deep will do the trick. Special bulb baskets allow you to plant and arrange larger crocus groups.
