The Viva la Vida lily has been bred as a crossing between Asiatic and oriental lily (Lilium x hybridum). Presented variety has gained extremely large flowers and excellent durability that way. The subtly scented inflorescences present a contrasting set of colours. Bright lime yellow provides a nice background for floating Bordeaux-red spots and dark freckles. This combination of colours cannot go unnoticed. This plant allows you to bring out the best parts of the garden and accentuate colours of your plantings. The about 80 centimetres tall Viva la Vida lilies are perfect for planting on border background, in larger groups on lawns, or alongside walls and fences. Large flowers that top the stiff stems are great cut flowers. One flowering stem would be enough to decorate a room.

Magnificent lilies are relatively easy to grow. After meeting only a few basic requirements they will grow tall and reliably decorate your garden. Lilies like bright, well-lit spots. Their bulbs should be planted in spring or autumn into a permeable soil that contains substantial amounts of nutrients. Make sure that lilies grow in stable humidity and feed them regularly with low-nitrogen multicomponent fertilizers. Lilies like mulching. It protects their bulbs from excessive heating by the sun. Remove flower rests to prevent plants from producing seed bags and stimulate them to bear more flowers that way.

Each package contains 1 bulb of the Viva la Vida lily, sized 18/20. Basic plant facts and growing instructions were printed on the packaging label.
