The Lindsay grape hyacinth is a variety that literally shines with an intense, navy colour. Compact, dense tufts of these plants appear already in early spring. Their straight stems holding characteristic flower clusters grow among numerous, petiole-less, narrow, and lanceolate leaves. A single grape hyacinth flower resembles a tiny ball with a hole at the bottom.
