Morning Glory ‘Harlequin’ is a rampant annual plant that produces reclining shoots and grows up to 2.5 metres in height. This variety grows beautiful flowers from mid-July to the first frosts; the flowers are a beautiful white, which is the main colour, and also a background for a variety of colourful stripes and blotches that appear on each flower. Morning Glory ‘Harlequin’ is an ideal ornamental plant for arbours, pergolas, and for balconies.
Growing: sow the seeds into the soil in late April to early May; sow 2 to 3 seeds in each position in 50-60cm spacings. The seeds germinate in two weeks. The plants require fairly moist fertile soils in sunny or partly shaded positions.
