If you're dreaming of transforming your garden, the Nightrider trumpet Lily is the best choice. At first glance, the plant does not remind you of brightly coloured lilies, but after a closer look at its flowers, the similarities become obvious. The large, purple-brown flowers of the Nightrider lily add a great, strong colour accent to the landscape. Deep dark, almost black colour of flowers at the background of a thicket of elongated, vividly green leaves is impossible to miss in any composition. The offered lily variety is suitable for planting in the ground, in large containers, and use as cut flower.
Lily bulbs can be planted in autumn, from September to November, or in spring, from April to May. Plant the hardy bulbs 12 to 15 centimetres deep. Transplant lilies every few years or any time you see that they have overgrown and the flowering volume dropped. During the season, plants need to be fed several times with appropriate multi-component fertilizers. It is very important to keep the substrate slightly moist, but not wet. Trim wilted flowers and let the main stem dry on its own after the flowering period.
Each package contains one bulb of the Nightrider trumpet lily, sized 18/20 centimetres in circumference. Basic plant facts and growing instructions were printed on the package label.
