"Iga" pepper is one of the most valuable varieties. It grows very well in central European climate conditions. It can be cultivated both in the field and under covers. Low habit that belongs to the main characteristics of the plant allows to grow it more densely - the optimal spacing between plants is 40x40 cm. This plant is intended for industrial cultivation, however, it will also fit into smaller gardens.

"Iga" variety bears red, shiny fruit, whose shape resembles tomatoes. Its intensely coloured skin shelters compact, rather firm flesh with extremely sweet taste that would appeal to everyone. It is recommended for direct consumption and processing. Seeds can be sown under covers end of March / beginning of April, seedlings are transplanted into open air in May and June. This is a rather late variety that is harvested in July under covers, fruit grown in the field ripen until October.

There are 0.5 g packages of seeds available in our store. A growing guide and the sow-by date have been included in the package information.
