Sweet-scented, multi-coloured flowers of this variety are simply phenomenal. The three lower yellow petals are covered with dark venation that spreads to the edges. The delicate, slightly ribbed upper part of the flower is purple. The intriguing colour combination of the Picasso iris is worth having it in your garden. This variety allows you to create extraordinary bouquets and compositions to decorate your home or present your loved ones with.
Dutch irises grow well at open, sunny sites, in well-drained, fertile soil. Irises of this group are not demanding and do not need time-consuming care. They can grow at the same site for about five years. After that time, you should dig out iris bulbs, split them, and transplant to another site. You don have to dig out Dutch iris bulbs in autumn, make sure, however, to cover the site well before the winter.
Package contains 100 bulbs of the Picasso iris. Basic plant facts and growing tips were printed on the package label.
