The "Sonet" sweet narrow-leaved lupin has been bred in the Poznan Plant Breeding Farm. It is determinate variety that grows rather low and unbranched. This feature ensures quick and even seed ripening. This variety develops blue blooms and its pods, extremely resistant to shattering, are filled with speckled seeds. This early variety can be successfully grown across Central Europe. Its vegetation period lasts only 105 days and therefore you may expect the crops up to 8 days earlier than in case of other varieties. Small delays in seeding do not cause crop volume reduction, nor slow down the development. The variety offered here is resistant to lodging after the blooming period. It is recommended to be grown for seeds that can be used as animal fodder. It grows well on better soils, yet has low cultivation requirements on average. It tolerates salinized soils and is resistant to diseases, including anthracnosis and dangerous viral diseases.
Each package contains 10 kg of the "Sonet" sweet lupin seeds, with the growing tips and the sow-by date included in the packaging information.
