The Donato tree lily (Lilium OT) delights with its height and exuberant blooming. Its strong, densely leaved shoots grow up 150 to 200 cm. A cluster of large pink flowers appears on their tops. They develop gradually from July to August. The abundantly blooming Donato tree lily will reign on the flower beds, where it looks most beautiful in smaller groupings.

A tree lily is a rather demanding species that needs fertile, permeable, aerated and moderately moist soil. It prefers sunny or only partially shady sites. We recommend to mulch the plantings and fertilize the plants regularly. The tree lily bulbs can be planted in spring and autumn, because they are fully resistant to frost and do not need to be excavated before the winter.
